Adriana P. Santiesteban, Esq., is an experienced Miami civil litigation trial attorney with over 15 years of experience in the legal field.  She was born in Urrao, Colombia, S.A., and with the help and sacrifices of her maternal grandmother, her family immigrated to the United States when she was two years old. Ms. Santiesteban was raised in Brooklyn, NY and lived in East Stroudsburg, PA, for a few years before permanently moving to sunny Miami, FL in 1989.

Ms. Santiesteban always knew she was destined to be a lawyer from a very young age.  She began her legal career at the age of 21, as an assistant legal secretary for a prominent Miami Workers’ Compensation insurance defense law firm and was quickly to paralegal to a senior litigation attorney whom she worked with for 3 years until attending law school.

Ms. Santiesteban earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Organizational Management, from Carlos Albizu University, in Miami, FL graduating Cum Laude in 2003, while working full time.  She later attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, FL, where she earned a Juris Doctorate in Law in 2008.

Ms. Santiesteban mostly enjoys representing people injured as a result of someone else’s negligence.  She draws on her prior experience as an insurance defense attorney to navigate through complex litigation matters through all phases of litigation, including mediation, arbitration and trial.

Ms. Santiesteban excels in maintaining constant communication with her clients, keeping them well informed on the progress of their case and establishing strong long lasting professional relationships.

Ms. Santiesteban is very proud to be a Colombian-American immigrant who represents many minorities,  Latinos and the Colombian-American community.

Ms. Santiesteban enjoys dancing, spending time at the beach, and traveling with her family.
